Pole Position Challenge Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers Ltd (“HarperCollins”), Westerhill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 2QT.

1. This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom except employees of HarperCollins (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families.

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to enter this competition.

1. The prize is:
   1. Day 1: Water bottle and a paperback copy of Pole Position
   2. Day 2: Fan and a paperback copy of Pole Position
   3. Day 3: Alice Oseman book set and a paperback copy of Pole Position
   4. Day 4: Stickers and a paperback copy of Pole Position
   5. Day 5: Sweatshirt and a paperback copy of Pole Position

(the “Prize”).

There are 5 Prizes to be won and there will be 5 winners of this competition.

1. The competition opens at 00:00 on 2^nd June 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 16th^th June 2024. Entries received outside these dates and times will not be accepted.

1. Only one entry is allowed per day, per person.

1. If you win, no purchase purchase is required to redeem the Prize.

1. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the Prize.

1. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize/s are available, and HarperCollins reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

1. The winner/s of the competition will be selected by at random by an electronic system based on entries received that have complied with these Terms and Conditions, and will be notified by Instagram direct Message no later than the 18^th June 2024.

1. HarperCollins is not responsible for contacting or forwarding the Prize to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed, or destroyed. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, HarperCollins reserves the right to select another winner.

1. HarperCollins will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the Prize within one (1) month of the winner being notified that they have won the competition. However, HarperCollins is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prize.

1. HarperCollins will aim to meet the delivery date set out above, however if HarperCollins cannot meet that deadline due to any circumstances arising outside of their control, HarperCollins will contact the winner to arrange redelivery and, in the unlikely event that delivery becomes impossible, HarperCollins will offer a reasonable substitute of the Prize which is of equal or greater value.

1. HarperCollins’ decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
