Celia Reynolds
Celia Reynolds was born and raised in Wales and worked for almost twenty-five years in the film industry in London, and briefly Rome. In 2012, she left her job as European Marketing Director at Twentieth Century Fox to enrol in the Complete Creative Writing Course held at the Groucho Club in London’s West End. Later that year, she was awarded Runner Up prize in the London Writers’ Club/Hush Short Story Competition. She is now based on the Gower coast in South Wales.
Marnie Riches
Marnie Riches grew up on a rough estate in Manchester, aptly within sight of the dreaming spires of Strangeways prison. Able to speak five different languages, she gained a Masters degree in Modern & Medieval Dutch and German from Cambridge University. She has been a punk, a trainee rock star, a pretend artist, a property developer and professional fundraiser. In her spare time, she likes to run, mainly to offset the wine and fine food she consumes with great enthusiasm.
Karen Ross
Karen Ross is a former journalist, broadcaster and advertising copywriter who continues to run her own successful marketing consultancy in the absence of a job offer to manage Tottenham Hotspur.
She lives in Primrose Hill, where she and her dog, Scrabble, are among the least famous residents.

Aubrey Rhodes
Aubrey Rhodes was born in Ennistymon, County Clare, Ireland and raised in Cornwall. She lives in intentional and much appreciated seclusion between Dublin, Paris, and Middlebury, Vermont. Her passions are literature, Arabian horses, white wines, and black pugs. Her guiding authors are Marguerite Yourcenar, Virginia Woolf, Mary Ann Evans (aka George Eliot), Elena Ferrante, James Joyce, Edward Gibbon, and Sigmund Freud.
Madeleine Reiss
Madeleine Reiss was born in Athens and lives in Cambridge. She has worked as a stage manager, a journalist, and as a communications specialist for various charities. Her novels include Someone To Watch Over Me, This Last Kiss, Before We Say Goodbye and Live A Little, and The Taking of Irene Hart.
Maria Realf
Since graduating with a degree in multi-media journalism, Maria Realf has worked on a staff or freelance basis for many of the UK’s best-known magazines, including The Mail on Sunday’s YOU Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Cosmopolitan Bride, Fabulous, Marie Claire, Now and You & Your Wedding. Mary-Jane Riley
Mary-Jane Riley spent many years as a BBC journalist and talk show broadcaster. She has had short stories published in women’s magazines, including Bella, Women’s Weekly and That’s Life. Mary-Jane Riley is married with three children and lives in rural Suffolk. The Bad Things is her first novel.
